National League T&f - Tullamore August 15th, 2021

National League:

In a hastily organised national league this year, for reasons that everybody is sick of talking about, we had just one athlete representing the East Cork Division. In a high standard womens 1500m Norah scored 4 points with 5th place in 5.40. Frank also ran in the mens 800m finishing 8th in 2.03. Both have had a long season and have been the most consistent at training. A little break and onto cross country for all. Fingers crossed we will get a full season of it this year with the Europeans looming in Dublin for December.
