Munster Senior T&F and local Conna road race - July 31st 2021

Munster Senior T&F:

Norah represented the club at the Munster Seniors in Templemore last Saturday. Norah came 5th in the 800m in 2.35 just outside her PB set earlier this season. Well done Norah. Frank ran in the 5000m and was 6th in 15.41.

Conna 5k:

The night before the Conna 5k road race was held on a hilly stretch of roads in Ballynoe. Tim continued his good form with a commanding win in 14.55. Nicky ran a 40 second PB to clock 16.03 and 3rd overall. James was 4th in 16.27. Jen was 4th lady in a new PB of 19.11 with Denis running 24.51.
