Kinsale 10 Miler and Munster Road Championships

A quiet weekend of racing for the club. The Stryker BHAA section of the club, Tim and Niall, competed well down in a hilly 10 miler in Kinsale. Tim blew the field apart and won by 5 minutes in 51.56. Niall had an excellent run breaking the 60 minute barrier on his very first attempt in 59.56. Well done to both. The early bird catches the worm!

Munster Road Championship March 3rd :

The next championships are the Munster Roads in Dundrum in Tipperary on March 3rd. This is 4 miles for both men and women. At the moment it looks like we will have teams in the Senior, Novice and M-35 Master men categories so if you are available there will be a good club contingent travelling up.
