5K's and 4 MIles - July 7th

All 5000m and 4 miles the last week over four different races. Kevin O'Leary has hit a hot steak and won two races in three days the VMware 5k and Mount Uniake 5k. Also winning, and taking his tally to 12 wins this year, was Sean in the Corkbeg 4 mile in a time to match the weather. A scorching 19.30 and Course Record!

The club had a great turn out for the Robbie Steele Memorial with 9 athletes towing the line in what is one of the club organised races. And no doubt there were plenty of hands helping out behind the scene as usual making sure everything runs smoothly as usual and adds to the race experience. Congrats to all for racing and helping.

Reminder there is training still ongoing in the usual places Tuesday, Thursday at 6pm and Saturday morning at 10am. So if you are even just going for a jog there will always be a few around.
