East Cork AC was established in 1985 and have had a rich history since then. Although we are a small club we punch above our weight at local and national level competitions. We believe in a no nonsense approach to promote athletics and to give athletes in the area an opportunity to participate in a team environment at a national level. New members are always welcome. Our athletes compete in all the traditional forms of the sport with a particular focus on cross country, track and field, indoors and road races in the middle distance category. We believe in giving every athlete the best opportunity to develop and improve and encourage anyone interested to come along to one of our official training sessions on a Thursday or Saturday.
